We chose not to eat breakfast at hotel. The location is good, near Cayuga Lake. The town is cute too with walkable places to eat. Can definitely recommend Prison City Brewery & Pub.

I did not get what my offer stated which was a 25 credit at the hotel and also an early check in or late check out. I was very disappointed and they said they were contacting you and would be in touch and I haven’t heard anything. can someone please contact me ASAP thank you

It was a great hotel! As you as I walked in I was impressed at how beautiful it was. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also loved how clean it was. I had zero complaints with this hotel. I've stated at multiple hiltons and this was by far the best one yet.

The employees provided exceptional service. I was in the laundryroom one day and the coins were stuck and Duane helped me out, he was both helpful and courteous. The housekeepers were friendly and did a great job.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast cooked to order. Additional $11 per person. They also found us a generously large handicapped accessible room for my daughter that is in a wheelchair. We had to wait an extra 20 min for the room to be cleaned. They were kind and gave us 2 free vouchers for breakfast for one day because we had to wait. I would stay here again for sure.
